Insanity Day 19:
In playing catch-up, I decided to switch today’s workout with the Plyometric Cardio Circuit that I missed on Sunday. I didn’t want to have to do that one 2 days in a row, you know? I will do today’s Cardio Power & Resistance tomorrow, then the Plyometric Cardio Circuit again on Friday. Make sense? Yeah, not to me either really, but somehow it all works out to me being back on track. Word to the wise: DON’T BORROW REST DAYS! Nineteen days down, 44 left to go!
